This is a view from a desert ceremonial site looking toward Sedona as the sun sets showing Cockscomb, Doe Mesa and Thunder Mountain in the distance.  Ceremony begins as the sun sets in the west and the moon rises in the east.  The setting sun draws down the concerns of the day and the moon brings the strength of the night to restore and revitalize.
